Clem Ziroli III

Clem Ziroli III is a fourth-generation real estate professional based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Raised in Southern California before his family relocated to Nevada, he attended Bishop Gorman High School and went on to earn a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a background that shaped his dual interest in business strategy and public policy.

Today he serves as an asset manager at Diamond Creek Holdings, helping oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial, industrial, and residential property, and he is the founder of Battle Born Acquisitions, a Nevada investment firm focused on strategic real estate acquisitions and value-driven asset management. He is also a licensed Realtor with hands-on experience in sales and investment.

What sets him apart is how he treats real estate: less as a series of transactions and more as a system to be built and optimized. That operator’s mindset runs through his work across investment, management, and acquisitions.

Beyond business, Ziroli is a vocal advocate for housing affordability in Nevada. He ran as a Republican candidate for Nevada State Assembly District 34 in 2024, campaigning on economic development, education, and innovative approaches to making homeownership more accessible for first-time buyers.
